ese4d Terms & Conditions

In these Terms, unless the context clearly requires otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below:

Access to and use of the ese4d Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be met continuously throughout your use of the Platform:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times thereafter while maintaining an Account. ese4d strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend any Account where age cannot be satisfactorily verified.
2. Residency: You must be a resident of Indonesia. ese4d is operated as an international platform targeting Indonesian players; Players residing in jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local statute and where we have specifically blocked access may not register.
3. Legal Capacity: You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Persons who are legally incapacitated, under guardianship, or otherwise prohibited from entering contracts under applicable law are not eligible to use ese4d.
4. Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on ese4d. Operating multiple Accounts, whether personally or through agents, is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate Account closure and forfeiture of any Balance held in duplicate Accounts.
5. No Prior Exclusion: You must not have previously been self-excluded, banned, or suspended from the ese4d Platform or any affiliated platform for reasons of fraud, abuse, or breach of these Terms.

To access real-money gaming features on ese4d, you are required to complete the registration process and create a verified Account. The following conditions apply:

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact method. Providing false registration information constitutes fraud and may result in Account closure and reporting to relevant authorities.

KYC requests must be fulfilled within 14 calendar days of the request; failure to comply will result in Account suspension.
• ese4d may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application or close any Account without providing a reason, subject to the return of any verifiable real-money Balance held at the time of closure.

ese4d supports a comprehensive range of Indonesian payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals. All transactions are conducted exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

4.1 Deposits

• Deposits may be made via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), and Bank Permata bank transfers; and via e-wallet services OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.
• Minimum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction. All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and will be reversed.
• E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are typically credited to your ese4d Account within 30 seconds. Bank transfer deposits typically settle within 1–3 minutes during standard WIB (Western Indonesia Time, UTC+7) banking hours. ese4d is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking system downtime.
• ese4d does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which ese4d accepts no liability.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may be requested to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your ese4d Account. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited and will be declined.
• Withdrawal requests for verified Accounts are processed within the timeframes communicated at the point of withdrawal request. E-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within five minutes; bank transfer withdrawals typically settle within 1–15 minutes during WIB banking hours.
• ese4d reserves the right to request additional identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawal requests or requests above designated thresholds.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to applicable wagering requirements as specified in Clause 5 and the specific terms of each promotion. Real-money Balance may be withdrawn at any time subject to verification requirements and minimum withdrawal amounts.
• ese4d reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms. Players will be notified of any such hold as promptly as practicable.

ese4d offers a range of bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to registered Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of each offer:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements. Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "rollover" or "turnover" requirement) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The specific wagering multiplier applicable to each bonus will be clearly communicated at the time of the offer.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are intended for personal, recreational use only. Players who, in ese4d's reasonable determination, are exploiting bonus offers (including but not limited to through low-risk bet hedging, systematic bonus abuse, or collusion) will have their bonus eligibility suspended and may have winnings derived from bonus abuse forfeited.
• Expiry: Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements are subject to expiry periods communicated at the time of issuance. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from a Player's Account without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, while live casino and table game bets contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published in the terms of each relevant promotion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may hold only one active bonus at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise. Requesting a new bonus while an existing bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus balance and its associated wagering progress.
• ese4d's Right to Revise: ese4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time. Existing active bonuses will be honoured under the terms in place at the time of issuance, subject to verification of compliance with these Terms.

ese4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and player wellbeing. The following tools and policies are in place to support all Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from within their Account settings. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately. Requests to increase a deposit limit are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect.
• Session Time Reminders: Players may configure session time reminders to alert them after a defined period of continuous play. These reminders are displayed as on-screen notifications during active gaming sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period: Players may request a temporary account suspension of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days at any time. During a cooling-off period, the Player's Account will be inaccessible for login, wagering, and deposit purposes. Active pending withdrawals will continue to be processed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to cease gambling on ese4d for an extended period may apply for self-exclusion of 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. • Age Verification: ese4d enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Any Player found to be under 21 years of age will have their Account immediately closed in accordance with Clause 2.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without prior written consent from ese4d.

• Creating multiple Accounts or using another person's Account to circumvent restrictions, including but not limited to self-exclusion, deposit limits, or Account bans.
• Sharing, selling, or transferring your Account credentials to any third party.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the Platform's technical infrastructure, including denial-of-service attacks or unauthorised access attempts.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ese4d's aggregate liability to any Player arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall be limited to the total amount of real-money deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• ese4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of gaming winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• ese4d does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from interruptions, errors, or technical faults. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in temporary unavailability of some or all Platform features.
• ese4d is not responsible for any losses incurred as a result of network failures, power outages, device malfunctions, or third-party service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.
• Players access and use the Platform at their own risk. Gambling involves financial risk. ese4d strongly advises Players to wager only what they can afford to lose.

ese4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate, or misleading registration information.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform.
• At the Player's own request, including via self-exclusion.

Upon Account closure for reasons attributable to breach of these Terms, ese4d reserves the right to withhold any Balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no wrongdoing occurred, verified real-money Balance will be returned to the Player. Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds will be forfeited in all cases of material breach.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their Account in good standing may do so by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Verified real-money Balances will be returned via the Player's most recent withdrawal method within a reasonable processing period.

These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction under which ese4d holds its international gaming licence.

Any disputes between a Player and ese4d that cannot be resolved through our standard customer support channels will be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the arbitral forum specified in our licence conditions. Players retain all rights afforded to them under applicable consumer protection legislation and nothing in these Terms limits those rights.

ese4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification or an on-Platform notice at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect, except where immediate changes are required for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 11 prior to the effective date of the changes.
